A combination of new and old investors helped Orange Comet, a Web3 firm specializing in non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and metaverse services for the entertainment sector, secure $7 million in an equity investment round. Later this year, the business anticipates starting a larger fundraising round.
The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) received a report from Orange Comet on February 23 that detailed the financing round. The statement disclosed that Orange Comet had acquired $7,243,539 of a $20 million objective through the sale of shares and securities.

Orange Comet, a company located in Los Angeles, develops technology and content that generate Web3 gaming communities. The National Football League (NFL) Hall of Famer Kurt Warner, performers Gloria and Emilio Estefan, and television and film producer Dave Broome co-founded Orange Comet in 2021.
