A combination of new and old investors helped Orange Comet, a Web3 firm specializing in non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and metaverse services for the entertainment sector, secure $7 million in an equity investment round. Later this year, the business anticipates starting a larger fundraising round.

The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) received a report from Orange Comet on February 23 that detailed the financing round. The statement disclosed that Orange Comet had acquired $7,243,539 of a $20 million objective through the sale of shares and securities.
